Rest For Your Soul

Rest For Your Soul

We are created to be in close relationship with God.

This comes only through the path of forgiveness, offered freely to us because of Jesus' death.

Until we accept His forgiveness and then walk in intimate fellowship with Him, we will flounder.

We will languish.

We will be in a state of constant confusion and turmoil, always trying to fill the void with something else.

Something else that satisfies for only a moment.

"Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.

Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.

For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.”

(Matthew 11:28‭-‬30)
